Rollie Sturm

Roland “Rollie” Sturm is one of Southern Nevada’s largest real estate developers and has been a Las Vegas resident for more than twenty years. Mr. Sturm co-founded The Developers of Nevada, and serves as managing partner. He also started Southwest Homes. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Urban Land Institute, the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and the President’s Associates at UNLV. Mr. Sturm has been involved in a variety of philanthropic endeavors over the years, and established the Terri & Roland Family Foundation for charitable and philanthropic endeavors in the Las Vegas community. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a degree in law.
