Rollie Sturm

Roland “Rollie” Sturm is one of Southern Nevada’s largest real estate developers and has been a Las Vegas resident for more than twenty years. Mr. Sturm co-founded The Developers of Nevada, where he serves as managing partner, and also founded Southwest Homes. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Urban Land Institute, the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association, and the President’s Associates at UNLV. Mr. Sturm has been involved in various philanthropic endeavors over the years and established the Terri & Roland Family Foundation to support charitable and philanthropic causes in the Las Vegas community. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta, where he earned a degree in law.
